TERMS AND CONDITION

MA+KE lab is registered in Estonia, our registry code number is 16042348). The terms and conditions described here apply to all volumes the Customer orders from MA+KE lab online store.

When you place an order, you shall receive a confirming email receipt of your order. We only accept your order once payment has been approved. Up-to-date information about the order will not be used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or any clarification that may arise.

DELIVERY TIME

Please note that our products can take from 2 weeks up to a month to get ready and arrive. We take pride in providing excellent quality products on demand.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can exchange or return unused product(s) with us in their original packaging within 14 calendar days. Returns must always be agreed in advance by email, with customer name, address and contact details. If a defective product is found by us, an attempt will be made to replace it with the same product.

DAMAGED PACKAGE OR PRODUCT

If a package of the ordered product(s) arrives damaged, an external damage notice must be given within 14 days of receiving the parcel directly to the post office. MA+KE lab shall not be liable for any broken, delayed, impeded or completely blocked deliveries if they are due to matters beyond the control of us.

THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES

The price of the product is shown in the order confirmation. MA+KE lab`s liability for errors is limited by law and we make no warranties or representations whatsoever against such liability and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond what is required by law.
